Welcome to FXINVEST LLC!

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (Agreement) shall regulate the relationship between:

A. FXINVEST LLC (also referred to as FXINVEST, Company, we, us, our, as appropriate) with registered address First floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines;

B. Any person being either a natural person or a legal entity (also referred to as Client, you, your, yourself, as appropriate), who has successfully opened an account on or and agreed to the current terms and conditions during the registration procedure.

1.2. FXINVEST LLC is not required to hold any financial services license or authorization in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to offer its products and Services.

1.3. The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by the International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009, in particular but not exclusively all commercial, financial, lending, borrowing, trading, service activities and the participation in other enterprises as well as to provide brokerage, training and managed account services in currencies, commodities, indexes, CFDs and leveraged financial instruments.

1.4. The Client warrants his understanding that laws regarding FXINVEST Services vary throughout the world and it is the Client’s obligation alone to ensure compliance with any law, regulation or directive relevant to the Client’s country of domicile.

1.5. Ability to access the Services does not necessarily mean that the Company Services and Client activities through it are legal under the laws, regulations or directives relevant to the Client’s country of domicile. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide the Client with the Services subject to the Client not being a resident of: United States of America, Canada, France, Japan, Algeria, Ecuador, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, or United States Minor Outlying Islands.

1.6. By accepting this Agreement, the Client agrees and irrevocably accepts the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, its annexes and/or appendices as well as other documentation/information published on the Website, including without limitation the Risk Disclosure Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Referral Rules and Conditions, and other legal documents and disclaimers which can be found on https://fxinvest.io.

The Client accepts this Agreement by registering an Account on the Website. By accepting the Agreement, and subject to the Company’s final approval, the Client enters into a legal and binding agreement with the Company.

IF YOU HAVE OBJECTIONS TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR ANY PART THEREOF, DO NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY AND INFORM US IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY.

The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or modify this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion. The Company may not notify Clients personally of such changes, and it is the Client’s responsibility to regularly review the Website for updates.

2. Definitions

  • Agreement – The present Agreement including any Annexes and/or Appendices, as amended from time to time.

  • Account – The Client’s personal account accessed using credentials, providing access to the Trading Platform and containing all Transactions and Orders.

  • Client – Any person or legal entity who has successfully opened an account on https://fxinvest.io and agreed to these Terms.

  • Company – FXINVEST LLC (also referred to as Company, we, us, our) with registered address First floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

  • KYC – Client identification documents including passport or ID, utility bill, and any additional documents required by law.

  • Leveraged Products – Products such as CFDs, Forex, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies, traded on margin and involving significant risk of capital loss.

  • Margin – Funds required to open or maintain leveraged positions.

  • Transaction – Any transaction in Leveraged Products executed on behalf of the Client.

  • Trading Platform – The Company’s online trading system enabling market access, order placement, transaction history, and account management.

3. Becoming a Client

By registering an account at https://fxinvest.io, you represent and warrant that:

3.1.1. You have accepted these Terms and Conditions;
3.1.2. You are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this Agreement;
3.1.3. You are the legal owner of the funds deposited and they originate from lawful sources;
3.1.4. Your use of the Services does not violate laws in your jurisdiction;
3.1.5. You will provide accurate and up-to-date KYC information when required.

4. Services of the Company

4.1. FXINVEST LLC provides access to leveraged trading instruments on an execution-only basis. The Company does not manage accounts or provide advice.

4.2. The Company does not provide trust, advisory, or consultation services.

4.3. Each Client is the sole authorized user of their Account and must ensure account security.

4.4. The Company does not provide investment, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.

4.5. Any market analysis is considered marketing communication only.

5. Warranties and Representations

You acknowledge that:

5.1. You are authorized to use the Services in your jurisdiction;
5.2. Use of the Website and Services is at your own risk;
5.3. Information provided is for general purposes only and not guaranteed to be accurate or complete;
5.4. Limitation of Liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, and total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited in your Account related to the transaction giving rise to the claim.

PROFESSIONAL

  • Minimum Entry: $1,000

  • Returns: $3,000

  • Duration: 24 Hours

PLATINUM

  • Minimum Entry: $5,000

  • Returns: $20,000

  • Duration: 3 Days

7. Taxes / Payouts

FXINVEST LLC is not a tax agent and does not provide tax advice. Clients are fully responsible for complying with tax laws in their jurisdiction. The Company may disclose information only when legally required by authorities.

A 10% charge may apply for account negligence by the investor. Transactions are secured using blockchain technology for transparency and security.
